It's ALIVE!!!

Online learning is definitely alive in DLS-CSB... It is so alive, it's starting to make me nervous.

By midterms next week, I will be supervising a total of about 2,000 online examinations. It is still a relatively small number --- you can also look at this as about 300 students taking online exams for seven subjects; but it is the largest group I have handled so far. I suppose our marketing pitch - the "no-check" tests - must be working. :P


And the increase in the number of online students is taking its toll on me - so much so that I now have to take a step back to see how I can "replace" myself with more "do-it-yourself" services, such as flash orientations, etc.

It is definitely an exciting time to be an online learning specialist in our school. Tune in for detailed action next week...
